Virginia Sullins

Auburn Community- Virginia Ivalee Sullins, age 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. She was born on June 1, 1935, to the late James Jackson Noe and Sarah Frances White Noe.

Virginia was a devoted member of Eggville Church of Christ, where her faith and kindness were evident to all who knew her. She found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially crocheting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. In her earlier years, she also loved baking for her family and friends, sharing both her talents and her warmth through every dish she made.

Virginia was known for her loving and generous spirit. She had a heart that gave freely and a presence that brought comfort to those around her. Above all, she cherished her family deeply, and her love for them was the guiding light of her life. She will be remembered as a truly one-of-a-kind woman whose kindness and strength touched many lives.

She was united in marriage to Kenneth Sullins in 1953, and they shared many devoted years together until his passing in 2014.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Lauren Holt and her husband, Tyler, and Tyler Botts and his wife, Brooke; great-grandchildren, Brodie Holt, Lily Holt, Ellie Botts, and Cason Botts; and son-in-law, Tony Botts.

She was preceded in death by her of husband of 61 years, Kenneth Sullins; parents, James and Sarah Noe; daughter, Patty Botts; and two siblings.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Pegues, Tupelo.

Services honoring the life of Mrs. Sullins will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues Funeral Home with Bro. Adam Miller officiating. Burial will be at Sullins Cemetery in Hamilton, Alabama.
