CLIF FOOTE Tupelo - Roy Clifton "Clif" Foote, 81, died January 28, 2013. A lifelong resident of Lee County, he was born February 15, 1931, to Roger Roy and Mary Catherine McPherson Foote. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and spent the last few years of his life at the Veteran's Home in Oxford. He was a member of the Verona Christian Church. He is survived by one sister, Sue Foote Kilborn of Mobile, Alabama; one nephew Jack Forbes Kilborn, Jr. both of Mobile, Alabama; and one niece, Mary Catherine Long of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues, with Rev. Thom Perry officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 a. m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.
