Nita Goodson Bailey

Tupelo--Nita Goodson Bailey, 77, went home to be with her Lord on December 1, 2025. She passed peacefully and without pain, surrounded by the love of her family, and entered the presence of the Savior she loved and served faithfully all her life.

Nita’s life was anchored in the confident faith of her favorite hymn and verse:

“I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I’ve committed unto Him against that day.” (2 Timothy 1:12)

There will be no public service, in keeping with Nita’s wishes.
