Nancy Lee RichburgNancy Lee Richburg, 78, longtime Tupelo resident, died Thursday, November 17, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born August 13, 1938, in Manning, South Carolina to Herbert Pressley and Marion Lee. Nancy married the love of her life Harold Richburg in 1956, and they enjoyed 59 years of marriage. They moved to Tupelo in 1968 so Harold could start Wheel Estate Mobile Homes. After many years of her young marriage at home caring for her family, she began a long work career beginning with the Gizmo where she worked for a number of years. She later worked over 10 years with the gift shop at Reed’s and retired after 10 years with Room to Room. In her free time she loved to play bridge and was at one time a member of three different bridge clubs. Nancy was a longtime and faithful member of Harrisburg Baptist Church.She is survived by three children, Hal Richburg (Patti) of Deltona, Florida, Patti Anderson (Doug) of Memphis, and Chris Richburg of Tupelo; her daughter-in-law, Frieda Carlisle (David); her grandchildren, Jessica Hernandez (Randy), Justin Richburg, Kristen Miller (Matthew), Susan Ashley Bozeman (Clarke), Andrew White, Austin Anderson (Katie), Emily Anderson, Maddie, Sadie and Posey Richburg; five great-grandchildren, Gabriella Hernandez, Miles, Eva and Austin Miller, Josie Bozeman.She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, one son Stacey Richburg; one great-granddaughter Samantha Anderson; two brothers Herbert and Harold Lee; two sisters Sybil Higgins and Carolyn Orders.Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2016, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. David Langerfeld, Rev. David Smith and Dr. Forrest Sheffield officiating. A graveside service will follow at Tupelo Memorial Park.Pallbearers will be Justin Richburg, Austin Anderson, Reagan Watkins, Matthew Miller, Clarke Bozeman, Randy Hernandez and Andrew White.Honorary pallbearers will be the Jewel Austin Sunday School Class of Harrisburg Baptist Church.Visitation will from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2016, at W.E.
