Mollie Sue Geyer

Tupelo – Mollie Sue Geyer, age 84, passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, at her home in Pontotoc, MS on July 18, 2025. She was born February 6, 1941, to Earnest and Vivian Renfroe. Originally from Ashland, KY, she recently moved to Pontotoc to be closer to her daughter. She loved spending time with her family and took great delight in spoiling her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Little and husband, Ritchie, of Pontotoc; two grandchildren, Evan Little and wife, Caity, of Booneville, and Emilie Little of Pontotoc; and one sister, Delorse Pennington and husband, Elwood.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 37 years before his passing, Rodney Maxwell; and a host of other beloved family members.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Ashland, KY. Pegues Funeral Directors are entrusted with the care of her arrangements.
