From Gary:
Mother your love has sustained my life. I will miss our morning cup of coffee. Ill miss you calling to see if I had left the house and then three minutes later, you calling back to see if I had arrived at work even though it is a 15 minute commute. I would always say yes because it gave you comfort to know that I was safe and most importantly at work. I will miss you calling me everyday to make sure that I had gone to lunch. I received a text message Monday from a co-worker that had witnessed many times you calling when she and I were at lunch. The text said "make sure to eat today, you know that your mother would be worried if you didn't eat."

So many people will say "Gary you were such a good son to take care of your mother all those years. Well, the truth is now out for everybody to know, mother you took care of me. Didn't we fool them all? Some kids grow up faster than others. I love you for staying with me until I was ready. Mother, you rest now. Your job here is done. Rest my sweet mother and trust that because of all your love and patience with me, I'm now a big boy and I am ready to face the world, but if you want to check in on me every once in a while, I would like that.
