Linda C. Carruthers

Belden- Linda Carol Carruthers, age 74, passed away on November 1, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born on August 22, 1951, to James Wallace Kidd and Sarah Elizabeth Wiseman Kidd.

Linda was an amazing woman; she lived a life full of happiness and love. She worked as a Factory Supervisor at Lane manufacturing. Her favorite past-time was reading novels. She enjoyed traveling and listening to books with her husband of 53 year, Charles. They spent many days enjoying each other’s company when traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Carruthers of Belden; special niece, Laurie Aylor; nephew, Bret Aylor; nieces, Greta Bourbeau, and Stephanie Kitchens; sisters-in-law, Billie Godfrey and Diane Carruthers; brothers-in-law, Gene Godfrey, Bobby Carruthers, and Gordon Hardy; cousins, Jean McGregory, Ronnie Warren, Jackie Kidd, Billy Kidd, Tina Gregory, and Keith Wiseman; and special grand-nephews, Austin Aylor (Nicholle) and Ryan Aylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Wallace Kidd and Sarah Elizabeth Wiseman Kidd; and brother, Jerry Kidd (Loraine).

A private family graveside service in honor of Linda will be at Lee Memorial Park.
