Janice Martin

Saltillo - Janice Martin, 68, died Sunday, August 17, 2008, at The North Mississippi Medical Center after an extended illness. A native of Pensacola, Fla., she was born September 11, 1939 to Ira and Winnie Powell. She worked in furniture manufacturing as a polly foam cutter for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchidlren.

Survivors include her husband of 19 years, John Martin of Saltillo; two daughters, Julie Ann Miller of Saltillo and Tammy Puel of Pensacola, Fla.; one son, Terry Eubanks and wife, Melanie, of Pensacola; one sister, Wndza Rodregues and husband, Steve, of New Orleans, La.; one brother, Banar Powell and wife, Mary, of Oregon; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchidlren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Vivian Powell.
