JANE JERNIGAN CRIDDLE
Saltillo - Linda Jane Jernigan Criddle, 63, died January 18, 2013 at her home in Saltillo. She was born in Tupelo on June 23, 1949 to C. E. "Buddy" and Hazel Jones Adderholt. She was a life-long resident of Lee County and had lived in Saltillo for the last ten years. She retired from Daybrite as a buyer after twenty-seven years of service.
Services were, Saturday, January 19, 2013, at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with a eulogy by Jimmy Chapman and Amy Adderholt Shankle and Rev. David Laman officiating. Burial will be in Glenfield Cemetery in New Albany.
Survivors include her husband of almost seven years, Troy Criddle, Jr. of Saltillo; two children, Linda Mitchell (Craig) of Tupelo and Lon Jernigan (Brooke) of Saltillo; four grandchildren, Maegin Anderson (Jazz) of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Jaelin and Katelyn Wyatt, both of Tupelo and Avery Jernigan of Saltillo; two brothers, Steve Adderholt of New Albany and Sammy Adderholt (Peggy) of Tupelo, great-grandchild, Eliana Grace.
Pallbearers will be Michael Adderholt, Maurice and Eric Jones, Josh Shaurden, Cary Smith and Mike Ballard.
She was proceeded in death by her first husband, Lonnie Jernigan and grandchild, Abbye Jernigan.
