George Richardson, 64 of Tupelo left his earthy home for his heavenly home on May 14, 2025.. A private service was held at Pegues Funeral Directors in Tupelo. One of his favorite Bible verses was I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13. His happiest of times were taking trips to Florida with family, Carols by Candlelight, a great steak, fishing, and manicuring his yard to perfection.
George was a wonderful husband. He always told his wife, “When the Lord put us together it was one of his greatest perfect gifts.” He truly was the perfect gift from God.
He attended Jackson State University and was a Mason. Early in life, he worked in the banking field and managed corporate distributing companies. His favorite of all time was becoming a very successful sales consultant, who truly cared for his customers. He and his wife were able to travel all over the U.S. with sales consulting, until they found their forever home in Tupelo with the Barnes Crossing family, who they truly love. They have been so gracious and a blessing to them beyond measure.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mae Richardson, and is survived by his wife, Stephanie Richardson. Along with cherished friends and family members.
