Frank was born March 25, 1951 and grew up in Aberdeen, Mississippi where he met his wife, Nancy Myers Freeman. They were married in 1972 and moved to Saltillo, Mississippi where they started their family.

Since his retirement, he has taught prophecy at Victory Baptist Church on Sunday mornings, and bible study at Camp Creek Baptist on Wednesday nights.

Over his lifetime, Frank had many hobbies and activities that kept him busy. He enjoyed playing the guitar, gunsmithing, target shooting, hunting, and fishing. He spent many days working on his properties in Caledonia and Aberdeen, as well as woodworking, cooking, and simply enjoying friendships. He was well known for telling silly jokes and comforting friends in need.
