SHANNON - Edward Allen Hutchinson Jr., 49, died suddenly Friday, Dec. 23, 2005, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. A Greenville native, he was born Dec. 2, 1956, to the late Edward Allen Sr. and Dora Arlene Woods Hutchinson. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Church. Mr. Hutchinson was a truck driver most of his life and loved to hunt and spend time with his grandkids and family.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with the Rev. Stanley Shook officiating. Burial will be in the Shannon Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Linda Hutchinson of Shannon; two daughters, Angela Hutchinson and Amanda Murphy and husband, Tim, all of Shannon; one son, Edward Allen Hutchinson III and wife, Amanda, of Tupelo; four sisters, Sheila Randolph, Rita Smith and husband, Shawn, all of Shannon, Roxanne Littleton of Memphis and Elaine Rigdon of Philadelphia; one brother, Frank Hutchinson of Shannon; four grandchildren, Amber Edwards, Edward Allen Hutchinson IV, Selina Hutchinson and Aliza Murphy.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Patricia Hawkins.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday.
