Doris Beard

Tupelo—Doris Tucker Beard died Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at the Sanctuary Hospice House after a life well spent. There will be no visitation or services. She appreciated each and every person that touched her life and was thankful for all you added.
She is survived by two sons, Jamey Beard (Tiffany) of Cleveland, Ohio and Kevin Beard (Christy) of Tupelo; three grandchildren, Andrea Beard Brown (Chaz), Jordan Beard (Danielle), all of Ohio, and Jacob Beard (Christen) of Pontotoc; great-grandchildren, Adelynn, Jackson, and Anslee Brown and James Tyler Beard; one brother, Edward “Bubba” Tucker (Mariam); nieces, Jamie Lee Carden and Stefanie Shields; nephew, Tad Tucker; and numerous cousins, other relatives, and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.E. “Pete” and Mary Reed Tucker; and her sister, Anita Halk.
