Tupelo - Daniel Joseph Smitherman, 41, died Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at his residence. He was born in Shreveport, LA on January 27, 1970 to Billie Carroll and Anita Ann Kimble Smitherman. A family man, he adored and loved his wife, children and Mama.
Memorial Services will be 4 p.m. Sunday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Michael Dubose officiating.
Survivors include his wife of four years, Patricia Smitherman of Tupelo; his two children, Elizabeth Ann Smitherman and Gavin Joseph Smitherman of the home, his mother, Anita Smitherman of Guntown.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
