Billy’s journey began in the Delta, where he attended and graduated from Moorehead High School. Billy married the love of his life, the late Mary Elizabeth Froman Jordan, with whom he shared 51 beautiful years together until the time of her passing.

Billy was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary, where he found camaraderie and fulfillment through his shared experiences with fellow veterans. One of Billy’s favorite pastimes was playing cards with friends. These moments of laughter and friendly competition were a source of joy for him and will be fondly remembered by those who had the privilege of joining him at the card table.
