WANDA CANTRELL
Tupelo - Wanda Farris Cantrell, 89, passed away September 15, 2017 at the Meadows in Fulton. She was born October 8, 1927 to Jessie Troy and Jimmie Lee Tammel Farris. She was married to J. B. Cantrell until his passing on December 16, 1989. She was a resident of Tupelo and a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Tupelo.
There will be private family graveside services.
Survivors include her son, Jerry Cantrell (Phyllis) of Morristown, Tennessee; sister, Ermestine Elliff of Tupelo; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Cantrell; brothers, J. T. and Jack Farris; sisters, Maxine Westmoreland, Quanna Witt and Avanell Sewell.
