Shannon- Jimmy Steve Fowler, Jr., 55, died Saturday, April 6, 2019 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Tupelo, September 26, 1963 to Jimmy Steve and Velora Ann Fowler. On April 13, 1999, he married Debbie McCauley. Steve enjoyed fishing and playing the piano. He was a member of Tupelo Community Church.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Debbie Fowler; three children, Bobby Fowler and wife, Kayla of Hamilton, Alabama, Wendy Fowler of Tupelo and Jessica Fowler of the home; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Barry Fowler and his wife, Lisa of Shannon and Ronnie Fowler and his wife, Jennie of Shannon; and two aunts, Willie Cox of Smithville and Marsha Alred of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Velora Fowler; one son, Corey Fowler; and one brother, Dale Fowler.
