Tupelo - Rose Hutcheson, 93, died Friday, February 24, 2017, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born June 6, 1923, in Lee County, Mississippi. She loved crossword puzzles, visiting with friends, and cooking. Rose was of the Jehovah's Witness faith.
Survivors include her son, Billy Hutcheson (Janice) of Verona; two daughters Jean Jamison of Tupelo and Carolyn Hazzard (Doug) of Georgia; three sisters; Avo Hutcheson of Tupelo, Sarah Irwin of Mantee and Anna Bell Pate of Mantee.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Eddie Lee Hutcheson; several brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at Verona City Cemetery.
