Linda Hall Morse

LINDA HALL MORSE Shannon- Linda Hall Morse, 72, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016, at her home. She was born February 5, 1944, to Charlie and Clete McKissick Hall in the Fellowship Community of Saltillo. She retired from the Department of Human Services, Child Support Division in 2009. Linda was a charter member of the Saltillo Historical Society. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother who always put her family first. Linda was an active member of Okolona First United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Kevin Morse (Phatema) of Saltillo and Brent Morse (Monica) of Saltillo; three grandchildren, Cole Morse (Rachel) of Guntown, Anna Lauren Morse of Saltillo and Matthew Morse of Saltillo; sister, Joyce Ann Oglesby (Carl) of the Brewer Community; sister-in-law, Dorothy Jean Hall and several nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Bobby Hall. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, August 28, 2016, at the Saltillo Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Frank Davis officiating. Burial will be at the Fellowship Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016, at W. E. Pegues, Saltillo.
