LAUREN SMITH
Fulton – Lauren Lee Williams Smith, 32, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at her home. She was born in Meridian on October 14, 1984 to Cy and Betty Moore Williams. She was a sociology instructor at ICC. Lauren was full of laughter, loved to travel, loved her family and enjoyed living life to the fullest. She was a generous soul who had a gift for making people from all walks of life feel comfortable and at ease. She attended the Orchard.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Smith of Fulton; 14 month old daughter, Esme Grace Smith; and mother, Betty Moore Williams of Fulton.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A memorial service honoring Lauren’s memory will be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Will Rambo officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday.
