JOHNNIE HALL
Tupelo - Johnnie Mae Hall, 94, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born July 11,1922, to Cliff and Ellie Raper. Johnnie was a homemaker and a talented seamstress. She enjoyed sewing her own cloths and blankets and also cooking. Johnnie was a member of Cedar Grove Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include two sons, Roy Lee Hall and J. W. Hall; sister, Dannie Lee Davis; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Persey Hall; two daughters, Brenda Collins and Velmer Mae Hall; one sister.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016, at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2016, at the Jefferson Street Chapel with Pastor Nicolas Robbins officiating. A graveside service will follow at Priceville Cemetery.
