Obituary for Jessie Seay, Jr. Tupelo Jessie Seay, Jr., 76, died Saturday, November 12, 2011, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Valdosta, Georgia on February 26, 1935. He was a veteran of The United States Army and served as a paratrooper. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues. Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Bobby Seay (Susie) of Florida and Albert Seay, Sr. (Joann) of Tupelo; one daughter, Teresa Blake (Wayne) of Arkansas; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two sisters. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Rebecca Seay in 2000; his parents. Pallbearers will be Albert Seay, Jr., Ricky and Josh Terry, Earl Tankersley, Tommy Washburn and Andrew Faiella. Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2011 at the funeral home.
