Obituary for Harold E. Wesson Mooreville - Harold E. Wesson, 84, died Friday, August 12, 2011, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. He was born in Lee County on May 1, 1927 to Gaston and Annie Jarvis Wesson. He was a veteran of World War II with the United States Navy. He retired from Eljer Manufacturing and before that he worked for Rockwell International. He was a member of Boguefala Baptist Church. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2011 at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Bobby Holland officiating. Burial will be in Euclatubba Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Wilma Lee Wesson of Mooreville; one daughter, Carolyn Vanbuskirk (Ronny) of Mooreville; one grandaughter, Hayley Harrington (Shane) of Saltillo; two great grandsons, Wes and Van Harrington. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Danny and Steve Wesson; nine brothers and sisters. Visitation will be 12:30 until service time Sunday, August 14, 2011 at the funeral home.
