FRANCES ETHRIDGE
Saltillo - Mary Frances Taylor Ethridge, 73, born November 13, 1942, passed away March 23, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She married Vernon Ethridge on March 29, 1962. They made their home in Saltillo and raised three sons. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a lifelong member of Mayfield Church of Christ. Her grandchildren and most everyone who knew her called her Nanny.
Services will be 3 p.m., Friday, March 25, 2016 at The Saltillo Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Minister Kevin Williams and Minister Adam Miller and Rev. Ricky Ethridge officiating. A graveside will follow at Mayfield Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
She leaves behind her husband of 53 years, Vernon Ethridge; three sons, Anthony Ethridge (Suzette), Bill Ethridge (Melissa) and Bruce Ethridge (Stephenie); six grandchildren, Cambron Myers (Jimmy), Kelsie Hankins (Andy), Erik Ethridge (Kayla), Taylor Witt (Stuart), Zach Ethridge and Raven Ethridge (Carson Chiquito); ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Sue Warren (James); one brother, David Taylor (Lisa).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel Taylor and Evie Francis Dunaway Taylor; one sister, Kay Wooldridge.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016 at W. E. Pegues, Saltillo.
